What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curricula, learning pathways, development content, and practical job aids.
• Deliver learning and development programs through virtual and in-person formats across regional offices.
• Partner with advisors, field leaders, Talent Strategy, business leaders, and subject matter experts to assess development needs and identify knowledge gaps.
• Translate advisor feedback, field observations, industry trends, and emerging business needs into relevant learning solutions.
• Measure content effectiveness using participation, feedback, and knowledge assessment data.
• Maintain centralized content libraries and incorporate AI-enabled tools into learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Training, Wealth Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience designing instructional content, curricula, training materials, or learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and content development skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, advisor-friendly resources.
• Strong relationship management, feedback analysis, organization, project management, and execution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
