Location: New York, NY, United States; training delivery across regional offices in virtual and in-person formats.

Salary: USD 125,000–250,000 base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curricula, learning pathways, development content, practical resources, job aids, and knowledge materials.
• Deliver advisor training and development programs through virtual and in-person formats across regional offices.
• Partner with advisors, field leadership, Talent Strategy, business leaders, and subject matter experts to assess development needs and design learning solutions.
• Translate advisor feedback, field observations, knowledge gaps, industry trends, and emerging business needs into curriculum and resource enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for advisor development content, learning frameworks, and training best practices.
• Measure participation, feedback, and knowledge assessment data; maintain centralized content libraries and continuously improve learning outcomes using AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Training, Wealth Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience designing instructional content, curricula, training materials, or learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, advisor-friendly content and resources.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to partner with advisors, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent written communication and content development capabilities.
• Ability to gather feedback, identify themes, and convert insights into actionable learning solutions.
• Strong organization, project management, and execution skills.
• Creative and innovative approach with a continuous focus on improving the learner experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
