Geospatial Analyst (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Create, update, and manage geospatial information system databases and products.
• Research and analyze maps, imagery, textual documents, and other sources using ArcGIS, QGIS, and general research tools.
• Create shapefiles, geodatabases, and data retrieval and storage solutions.
• Use GEODEC to georeference and de-collar charts, apply metadata, and support CADRG/ECRG production and testing.
• Coordinate with CADRG development teams on technical issues, troubleshooting, and production meetings.
• Modernize GEODEC and ACCORD workflows, apply AI/ML to improve georeferencing, and develop APIs for NGA system integration.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI security clearance, and ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including college coursework in a related specialty.
• Knowledge of NGA products and topographic, hydrographic, and aeronautical maps, especially aeronautical and vertical obstruction products.
• Experience with georeferencing, data analysis, and analytics.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Suite, Rimage, and Bartender output files.

Nice to have

• Experience with GEODEC and ACCORD software suites.
• Oracle Database experience.
• Programming experience with .NET, Python, C++, or Java.
