QC Testing Technician IV (Lead) (HVAC)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States. Full-time, onsite work on a C-shift from Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $30.61–$45.91.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily testing activities, assign tasks, lead team meetings, and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor production schedules, coordinate with other departments, and ensure parts and workflows support on-time delivery.
• Operate test units and recovery and reclaim equipment to verify HVAC systems against work orders and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair defects, locate and repair refrigerant leaks, charge units with refrigerant, and complete run testing.
• Perform wiring, brazing, and assembly as required.
• Maintain testing records, enforce quality and regulatory standards, support employee training, and promote workplace safety.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training.
• 0–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Oregon, including exposure to seasonal temperatures, dust, and some chemical fumes.
