What you will do

• Support large initiatives and independently lead smaller projects.
• Set up projects through scheduling, scoping, resource management, risk mitigation, and client alignment.
• Coordinate clients and internal cross-capability teams to keep projects moving toward shared goals.
• Prepare client-ready documents, including competitive analyses, statements of work, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Anticipate project needs, remove delivery barriers, and address potential pitfalls.
• Develop skills in marketing programs, communication, forecasting, margins, and operational processes through the Associate Management Program.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• Work or school experience demonstrating leadership and diligence.
• Passion for account management, project management, and marketing, with some related experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise tools including JIRA, MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ownership, curiosity, self-reliance, motivation, positivity, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
