Senior Project Leader

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Hybrid for employees within 40 miles of a Vestcom facility; remote otherwise.

Salary: $76,800–$113,568 per year.

What you will do

• Administer projects and tasks in Workfront and Azure DevOps, including progress tracking, burndown, resource utilization, and documentation.
• Lead project onboarding and closure, including requirements reviews, work item management, quoting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Manage project portfolios, publish schedules, maintain project plans, facilitate agile ceremonies, and support issue management.
• Create and monitor workflow reports and identify process inefficiencies.
• Document improved workflows, train stakeholders, and coordinate communication across customer service, engineering, product, strategy, production, and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, plus 5+ years of related IT project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including regular stakeholder updates and immediate issue communication.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, prioritization, and resource management skills.
• Ability to work in the stated hybrid or remote arrangement based on proximity to a Vestcom facility.

Nice to have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Workfront.
