Digital Products & Experiences Operations Associate

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $60,200–$100,400, plus eligibility for a 7.5% bonus target.

What you will do

• Coordinate schedules, project plans, milestones, action items, and delivery dependencies for assigned workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs, identify risks and blockers early, track mitigation actions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare stakeholder-ready weekly or sprint-level status reports and facilitate recurring meetings, including agendas, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Support intake, requirements documentation, scoping, resourcing, timing, and change control for new and evolving requests.
• Maintain project documentation in Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent work-management tools.
• Support product and strategy leads with requirements, roadmap development, competitor and market research, launch coordination, and collaboration through design, development, QA, MLR, and release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience, associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or high school diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in product, operations, program coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project-coordination, writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience maintaining reliable plans, logs, trackers, status reports, and meeting documentation.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks early, work with senior stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in health tech, regulated environments, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation workflows.
• Interest or experience in UX research, product strategy, or innovation methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or AI-enabled work-management tools.
