What you will do

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports using Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables for timely completion
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint
• Facilitate communication and coordination across teams
• Support project managers in daily activities and documentation

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project tracking and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or managing software or technical projects
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
