Senior Art Director (Creative Production): Coordinating the flow of creative assets between copywriters, designers, motion designers, and external partners with an accent on versioning, organization, deadlines, and delivery accuracy. Focus on tracking concurrent workstreams, identifying production risks early, reconciling budgets and receipts, and maintaining high-quality project documentation.
Location: Long Island City, New York. Remote work is supported, with a physically distanced office space and a hybrid work opportunity.
Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on ability level.

What you will do
- Manage the intake, versioning, organization, handoff, and delivery of creative assets.
- Track multiple concurrent workstreams, including owners, deadlines, and project status.
- Maintain consistent file organization and naming systems.
- Coordinate communication among copywriters, designers, motion designers, post-production teams, clients, and external partners.
- Identify risks and gaps in creative concepts and timelines before they affect delivery.
- Navigate budgets, reconcile receipts, balance ledgers, and proofread project documents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in production coordination, traffic or asset management, or project management an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and information-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to quality and detail, plus proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting B2B clients or brands.
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with asset management or project management tools such as Asana, Frame.io, or DAM platforms.
