Process Tech - 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 2pm - 10:30pm) (Manufacturing)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, USA; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Salary: $25.96 per hour plus a $0.95 shift differential

What you will do

• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, inspect, and reassemble Legacy and Ekato kettles and related equipment.
• Prepare, measure, and verify raw materials, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities.
• Execute batching and processing operations, including equipment setup, mixing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Use EWM and MES systems to confirm and document batches with full traceability, and troubleshoot scanning or workflow issues.
• Support pilot-batch production, scale-up to full manufacturing, process improvements, and problem-solving with Engineering and R&D.
• Train employees on processing, sanitation, and system procedures while maintaining cGMP-compliant housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is preferred. Four to six years of compounding or formulating experience in manufacturing may substitute for education.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and haul more than 1,000 pounds using a hand truck.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience repairing processing equipment are strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing daily assignments.
• Fundamental math, reading comprehension, measurement conversion, analytical reasoning, judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
• Must speak and write English.
