Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: Bedford, MA, United States; on-site work on the production floor and in a cleanroom. Third shift: 10:00 pm–6:30 am, Thursday–Sunday, with overtime and possible three-month first-shift training.

Pay: $24–$27 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Assemble echucks and coated products using vacuum processing and epoxy bonding procedures.
• Operate vacuum and other processing equipment, including fixture setup and de-fixturing.
• Clean fixtures and parts, perform visual and metrology inspections, and complete quality documentation.
• Carry out scheduled tool refreshes and basic equipment maintenance.
• Record completed work in SAP and production and inspection data in CamLine.
• Follow safety, PPE, 6S, production-priority, work-instruction, and shift handoff procedures while supporting process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Fluent English required for training.
• Ability to work the third shift, weekends, overtime, and around chemicals including IPA, acetone, FeCl, and HCl.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for nearly the entire shift, and work in a cleanroom.
• Computer skills; SAP and CamLine experience is an advantage.
