hirify.global manufactures fire protection valves and sprinklers at an advanced manufacturing facility in Liberty, South Carolina.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and handle computer-controlled production equipment from setup through completion.
• Oil, grease, and maintain machines; perform hourly maintenance checks and complete documentation.
• Adjust operating speeds and machine loads, including temperature and material changeovers.
• Monitor production to ensure finished goods meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Inspect and discard defective products and packaging components, provide samples to Quality Assurance, and complete production logs and quality check sheets.
• Keep machines and surrounding areas clean and safe in accordance with the 5S program.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of production or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of computer-controlled machines and quality maintenance.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Knowledge of standard safety practices and ability to use required personal protective equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, work near moving mechanical parts, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
