CNC Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with overtime on Friday.

What you will do

• Set up and operate the Symbotic Router and associated equipment according to job specifications.
• Operate jib cranes, table saws, lift tables, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform quality checks and make production adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow production schedules and job travelers while maintaining accurate material and output records.
• Band and pack finished products and maintain housekeeping and 6S standards in the work cell.
• Monitor tool inventory and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years of CNC operator experience or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to operate equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Ability to follow written instructions, maintain legible records, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
