VP, AI Product Owner (AI)

Location: hirify.global Place New York - 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York

Salary: $195,000–$225,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI product strategy in line with business, operating, and investment priorities.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI, GenAI, and agent-based use cases across business functions.
• Own the AI product roadmap, intake, prioritization, requirements, delivery plans, and success measures.
• Partner with data, engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Establish responsible AI, transparency, risk-control, adoption, lifecycle-management, and release-planning standards.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, realized value, delivery progress, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technology roles.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional product or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering technology capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or digital products in production environments.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly complex and regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, machine learning, data platforms, data governance, architecture, security, risk, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI or GenAI product portfolios.
• Familiarity with agent-based platforms, workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled operating models.
• Experience supporting investment, portfolio, operations, or corporate functions through digital or AI products.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, computer science, data, or a related field.
