MTC Machinist – Tool Maker / Mold Maker (CNC)

Location: Onsite in Easton, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time schedule of four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday; overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain rubber molds used across manufacturing facilities.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements for precision machining.
• Set up and operate 3-axis vertical CNC mills, CNC lathes, and turning centers.
• Write and edit G-code and M-code programs for CNC operations.
• Measure parts, troubleshoot processes, adjust and reprogram equipment, and replace worn tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance, material handling, housekeeping, and quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; two or more years of technical schooling preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant machining experience preferred.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and common machining tools.
• Working knowledge of basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work around moving machinery.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience building rubber molds.
• Advanced G-code and M-code programming experience.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining CNC mills, lathes, and turning centers.
