What you will do

• Operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across multiple part families.
• Act as a subject matter expert for safety, quality, and standard operating procedure compliance.
• Diagnose complex machining and process issues and lead root-cause analysis with engineers and team leaders.
• Mentor junior machinists and support knowledge transfer and skills development.
• Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs and new machine setups.
• Champion 6S workplace practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and basic CNC programming.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting, machine setups, and precision adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
