Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Arden, NC, United States. Full-time on-site work servicing commercial HVAC equipment.

Salary: $30+ per hour, depending on experience, with performance-based increases and bonuses.

What you will do

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Work on package units, split systems, RTUs, and unitary HVAC equipment.
• Perform field work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime when necessary.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 lbs and working in confined spaces.

Requirements

• Commercial HVAC service experience is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and perform frequent standing, walking, reaching, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial package units and split systems.
• Trade school, technical school, or apprenticeship experience.
• Military service experience.
