Service Technician

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA, USA

Salary: USD 22–25 per hour

What you will do

• Provide service to residents and support fellow maintenance team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and occasional seven-day work weeks.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests while on call.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
