Assurance Manager (Real Estate and Construction)

Salary: $90,000–$133,040 per year

What you will do

• Deliver assurance, audit, and consulting services to real estate and construction clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Assess internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, quality, timelines, client staffing, billings, collections, and profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to client and business development.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience, including financial statement auditing experience.
• Four-year degree and CPA certification.
• Experience with management, analysis, organization, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide client service, maintain ethical standards, and deliver quality work on time.
• Strong software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience serving real estate and construction clients.
• At least two years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
