Release & Testing Manager (AI)

Location: New York, New York; full-time onsite role

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

hirify.global is a marketing and advertising firm developing Blu, an AI-native enterprise platform for marketing intelligence, identity resolution, and predictive analytics.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end release processes for the Blu Platform, including regular updates and hotfixes.
• Own release readiness, production tracking, testing criteria, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate internal testing, business and client-facing UAT, and recurring two-week vendor test cycles.
• Manage test plans, test data, execution tracking, defect resolution, escalation, and quality reporting.
• Evaluate release-impacting issues and translate complex technical and data problems into clear guidance for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Marketing and platform support on release notes, feature announcements, incident communications, and user-facing change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or release management, including AI-driven or data-intensive SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms through multiple release cycles and coordinating testing with external development partners or vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and data issues, analyze technical details, and communicate clearly across technical and business teams.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, Snowflake, AWS, and DBT.

Nice to have

• Experience releasing or testing AI- or model-driven features, including probabilistic outputs and model or data version changes.
• Experience defining evaluation criteria where simple pass/fail testing is insufficient.
