TL;DR

Customer Solutions Specialist (Customer Support): Providing cross-functional support and technical assistance to customers with an accent on warranty processing, parts troubleshooting, and liaison work between engineering and the rep network. Focus on enhancing customer experience through efficient inquiry resolution, analytical reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Blauvelt, NY (Onsite)

Salary: $23.00 - $25.65 per hour

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer Solutions team and the Sustaining Engineering/Reliability Department.
  • Troubleshoot product parts issues and support the Technical Services Department.
  • Process warranty forms and create analytical reports on warranty trends.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
  • Must successfully complete background checks and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Blauvelt, NY, Monday through Friday.

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
