Vision Center Manager NL 1

Location: Watertown, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, full time

Salary: $24.50–$34.50 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses and potential regional pay zone compensation.

hirify.global operates this Vision Center within a Walmart Supercenter, providing optical products and customer services.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory availability, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of customer and community needs.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve customer concerns within company standards and guidelines.
• Oversee compliance, asset protection, safety, quality assurance reviews, confidentiality, and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign work to, recognize, and develop Vision Center associates.
• Provide quality eyewear services, including product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate business initiatives, measure results, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or qualifying combinations of retail, supervisory, general work, and optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Experience or capability in customer service, supervision, compliance, and optical operations.
