What you will do

• Drive and monitor profit, sales, and performance goals while managing operating costs, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring efficient operations, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver and reinforce outstanding customer service across the store.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach Opticians and contact lens sales associates.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and mentoring of Apprentice Opticians where permitted by law.

Requirements

• Maintain an optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations, organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
