Branch Banking - Client Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Sedona, Arizona, United States; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Resolve client account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide banking product details and education tailored to clients’ financial needs.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for primary client acquisition.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners and other relevant bank experts.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, including GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly.
• Ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and work effectively across activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
