What you will do

• Coordinate instructor and trainer resources across Corporate Driver Training, Drive School, and Safer Drivers Course programs.
• Manage venues, equipment, materials, rostering, system setup, and delivery readiness.
• Handle program administration, including quotes, bookings, invoicing, purchase orders, payments, and records.
• Support customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, enquiries, complaints, and complex service issues.
• Maintain operational data for compliance, reporting, invoicing, and planning.
• Improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and support digital and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or service delivery coordination.
• Strong organisation and scheduling skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and confidence working with data, records, and business systems.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• A continuous improvement mindset and interest in digital tools or AI.
• Successful applicants must complete pre-employment checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, an RTO, LMS, compliance, or financial administration.
