Location: Based full-time on site in Sydney, Australia (with some flexibility to work from home)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of Tier 1 internal events such as Season Openers and Company Goal Celebrations.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure delivery meets the high company quality bar.
• Build the operational backbone, including briefing processes, templates, playbooks, and approval chains.
• Own consolidated budget visibility, tracking spend, forecasting, and reconciling actuals.
• Partner with global Vibe leads to ensure regional alignment and consistent delivery across campuses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Internal Comms, Marketing, Brand, Ops, and Finance.

Requirements

• Significant experience producing large-scale experiential programs including keynotes, hospitality, and travel.
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to create systems that turn chaos into clarity.
• Budget fluency and comfort presenting financial positions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse groups and levels of seniority.
• Experience working with global frameworks and understanding of diverse market needs.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Background as a Director of Production, Company Manager, or Tour Manager.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff or operational partnering role alongside a senior leader.
• Brand or agency experience in experiential production.
• Experience building and contributing to team culture.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling for automating admin or streamlining workflows.
