Product Implementation Manager - Enterprise (ABC Glofox)

Location: Australia; remote role

What you will do

• Manage the product configuration workstream for enterprise onboarding projects from requirements through implementation readiness.
• Translate client business requirements into product configurations, workflows, permissions, tax settings, CRM updates, and bulk changes.
• Configure and validate the Onboarding Portal, dashboards, reporting outputs, Member App settings, and other client-facing implementation assets.
• Create and deliver software demonstrations, brand-specific onboarding content, product training, webinars, and office-hours support.
• Perform pre- and post-migration audits and participate in pre- and post-go-live quality-control activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, Product, Software Development, and other internal teams to resolve issues, manage risks, and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, product configuration, customer-facing technology, project delivery, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and practical client solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, organization, and time-management skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and related productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences, with the ability to collaborate across departments and resolve risks.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with willingness to provide time-sensitive or after-hours support when enterprise schedules require it.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ABC Glofox or hirify.global products.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, dashboards, reporting outputs, or client-facing onboarding content.
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location fitness businesses.
• Experience using AI for research and business operations.
