What you will do

• Provide cost and budget analysis across major multidisciplinary programs.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and transparent financial updates.
• Monitor costs, variations, milestones, and budget performance.
• Apply risk management and contingency planning.
• Implement budget management frameworks and ensure governance compliance.
• Recommend improvements to cost control and project processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Recent university graduate interested in developing a career in project controls.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary projects.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making, digital tools, and AI applications.
