What you will do
- Handle and homogenize food samples according to standard protocols.
- Perform approved laboratory testing under supervision after completing proficiency training.
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, operating procedures, and test methods.
- Clean laboratory carts, glassware, racks, and work surfaces.
- Maintain and verify laboratory equipment.
- Report accurate and timely analytical data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Dependability and adaptability to changing work schedules.
- Willingness to work Saturdays when required to support laboratory operations.
