Production Segment Leader (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the production segment to achieve defined objectives and KPIs.
• Lead direct reports by setting objectives, providing instructions, and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance requirements, and operational processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to improve team performance and service delivery.
• Coach team members, assess training needs, and support succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Full professional English proficiency at C1 level for presenting technical data to global stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience in production or operations leadership.
• Expertise in Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban for improving OEE and reducing waste.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, achieving KPIs, allocating resources, and maintaining a safety-first HSE culture.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills for resolving technical bottlenecks.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in the automotive industry or wiring systems.
