Senior Instructional Designer - AI Mindset - Remote

Compensation: $65/hour

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical company.
• Create mapping and content for an AI Journey and Mindset training program.
• Develop rapid eLearning and multimodal learning materials, including facilitator guides, digital modules, videos, and in-person session materials.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and quality of content creation while following data privacy and governance requirements.
• Manage development projects, track progress, meet deadlines, and collaborate with peers and project managers in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Evaluate learning-program success and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI use cases for accelerating content development; Microsoft Copilot experience is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia tools.
• Technical confidence, strong internet access, and availability during established working hours.

• Experience working in an agile development framework.
• Project management experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of engaging learning materials.
