Insurance Analyst - Renting

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Spain; the role is full-time and based out of Madrid.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee the insurance product for hirify.global Consumer Renting Spain.
• Monitor existing agreements and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability and design the local insurance strategy.
• Develop and implement business cases.
• Prepare monthly reports and perform technical analysis of insurance results.
• Define and implement insurance pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Six years of experience in motor insurance, preferably in vehicle leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar subject.
• English required.
• Negotiation skills, autonomy, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in the insurance sector.
• Power BI experience.
