What you will do

• Manage and optimize Microsoft, Oracle, and Red Hat software portfolios to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Produce comprehensive Effective License Positions (ELPs) across all IT environments.
• Negotiate complex software contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of global SAM standards, processes, and reporting metrics.
• Leverage AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide transparency in software costs and ensure fair allocation of charges to business units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing Microsoft and Oracle or Red Hat software portfolios.
• Strong understanding of license restrictions, optimization, and BYOL concepts for AWS/Azure.
• Proficiency with SAM tools, specifically FlexeraOne.
• Advanced hands-on MS Excel skills for complex calculations and data analysis.
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2+ required).
• Proven track record in adopting and embedding AI solutions in SAM operations.
