Accounting Agent (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Alcobendas, Spain

Salary: €23,000–€28,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Support the Finance and Accounting team.
• Manage customer and supplier accounting activities.
• Control bank operations and perform bank reconciliations.
• Post invoices accurately.
• Support treasury activities.

Requirements

• Degree or studies in economics, business, ADE, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• High-level English and Spanish required; English and Spanish testing and speaking assessment will be conducted.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot.
