What you will do

• Own settlement analysis and reporting processes for construction projects.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and maintain strong financial controls.
• Support month-end closing, forecasting, and POR activities.
• Partner with project, supply chain, and central finance teams on regional operations.
• Support contract approvals and financial reviews within the assigned region.
• Contribute to business decisions, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, learn quickly, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in finance, accounting, operations, construction, manufacturing, or project management.
• Experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Exposure to forecasting, reporting, month-end close, or financial planning.
• Experience with large datasets and financial systems.
• Interest in capital projects, construction finance, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
