Clinical Specialist - TEG (Field Sales)

Location: Remote within the designated Washington, DC and Fairfax, Northern Virginia territory. Candidates must currently reside within this territory. Up to 25% domestic day or overnight travel is required.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential sales incentives and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the existing TEG customer territory and expand product utilization and revenue within hospital accounts.
• Train new and existing customers to safely and effectively operate TEG equipment, software, and disposables and interpret TEG results.
• Provide onsite clinical education, case support, grand rounds presentations, market development events, and go-live support across laboratories, operating rooms, and critical care areas.
• Build relationships with clinical champions, senior medical professionals, key decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Support TEG customers across VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care applications.
• Partner with Account Managers, Implementation, Marketing, Quality, and R&D teams on installations, validations, upgrades, launches, customer concerns, and revenue planning.

Requirements

• Current residence within the Washington, DC and Fairfax, Northern Virginia territory is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a related clinical field, or equivalent required; RN qualification is specified.
• At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or critical care environments.
• Experience in an ICU/CICU, emergency room, trauma, or other critical care environment involving communication with senior medical professionals and hemostasis monitoring.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%, including day or overnight travel, and provide occasional after-hours onsite go-live support.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, provide clinical training, investigate technical and operational concerns, and maintain CRM records.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or business administration.
• Experience operating a TEG Analyzer, interpreting results, and working with the related software.
