Manager, Facilities

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee, United States; full-time onsite position

Salary: $93,400–$158,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage the facilities department business plan, staffing, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Lead maintenance, facilities, tool and die, and automation teams supporting branch, production, and warehouse operations.
• Implement and manage a Total Productive Maintenance program and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment, solve complex operational problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan building modifications or expansions and support maintenance- and facilities-related CAPEX projects.
• Manage regulatory compliance, risk and insurance audits, utility supplier contracts, and federal, state, and local permits.

Requirements

• Five years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• Five years of facilities management experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, solve problems, and track issues through resolution.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, loud noise, dust, and varying temperatures, and lift up to 50 pounds with heavier loads handled using proper equipment.

Nice to have

• Facilities Management Professional certification.
• Sustainability Facility Professional certification.
• Certified Facility Manager certification or a related degree.
