What you will do

• Prepare assembly work by reviewing instructions, blueprints, bills of material, parts lists, and required tools.
• Position and assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, fasteners, and hand or power tools.
• Inspect completed work for correct fit and compliance with requirements before passing it to the next operation.
• Assist with prototypes and basic assembly projects outside normal production.
• Complete production and quality documentation and help train employees in basic assembly tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and resource-efficient work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• Ideally, 0–1 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to perform continuous standing and walking, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, lifting, gripping, manipulation, and fingering; occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Nice to have

• Willingness to cross-train for Manufacturing Associate II roles, including potential respirator-fit and clean-shaven requirements.
