Manufacturing Associate I (A Shift)

What you will do

• Prepare assembly work by reviewing instructions, blueprints, bills of material, parts lists, and required tools.
• Position and assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, fasteners, and hand or power tools.
• Assist with prototypes and basic assembly projects outside normal production as needed.
• Inspect work for correct fit and compliance before passing it to the next operation.
• Complete production and quality documentation while maintaining a safe, clean, and resource-efficient work area.
• Support training for new hires and employees assigned to basic assembly tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• 0–1 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work, including continuous standing and walking, frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and tool use.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance and up to 40 pounds frequently; two-person lifting, pulling, and pushing tasks may be required.

Nice to have

• Willingness to cross-train for Manufacturing Associate II roles, which may involve respirator-fit testing and clean-shaven requirements.
