Branch Member Experience Rep (Fintech)

Location: Prescott Valley Branch, 7111 Pav Way, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314, United States

Salary: $18.35–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience and before eligible incentives

What you will do

• Welcome members, manage the branch lobby, answer questions, and provide information about available products and services.
• Resolve product- and service-related issues by investigating causes, explaining solutions, coordinating corrections, and following up.
• Perform account transactions, withdrawals, transfers, account maintenance, loan payments, payoff inquiries, and related servicing.
• Open new accounts and assist members through branch, phone, online banking, and telephone banking channels.
• Explain savings, checking, money market, share certificate, IRA, club account, overdraft, Courtesy Pay, and other financial products.
• Research escalated issues, manage Time Trade appointments, and comply with applicable financial institution regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience in a financial institution and/or relevant training.
• Strong knowledge of credit union products and services, with the ability to listen and identify member needs.
• Excellent verbal, written, mathematical, referral, problem-solving, negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Solid technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other job-related programs.
• Ability to comply with BSA, AML, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act, and other state and federal financial institution regulations.

• Previous teller experience.
