Account Maintenance Associate (Fintech)

Location: Clearwater, Florida office; in-person attendance required at least 5 days per week.

Salary: $19.60–$23 per hour for Clearwater, Florida.

What you will do

• Review and process new account applications and account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain records of client interactions and organize account-related documentation.
• Provide accurate information to advisors and clients by phone and electronically while following communication and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clearing firms on complex account opening and maintenance cases.
• Complete additional projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of back-office financial operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to apply account-process knowledge to complex requests.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, integrity, relationship-building ability, and effective time management.
• In-person attendance in the Clearwater, Florida office at least 5 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• SIE and Series 7 licenses.
