Clinical Specialist, TEG (Field Sales) (NYC/Metro Area)

Location: US NY Remote; frequent local travel to customer hospitals in the NYC/Metro area is required, with an ideal residence within the designated area or easy access to NYC and its five boroughs.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential sales incentives and other applicable incentive plans.

What you will do

• Manage the existing TEG customer territory and expand product utilization and revenue across hospital accounts.
• Train clinicians and customer teams on TEG equipment, software, disposables, results interpretation, and clinical applications.
• Provide onsite case support and go-live assistance across laboratories, critical care units, operating rooms, and other areas of use, including affected shifts and after-hours support.
• Develop relationships with clinical champions, decision-makers, senior medical professionals, and C-level stakeholders.
• Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Account Managers and Implementation teams on account expansion, installations, validation, competency, SOPs, IQCP development, upgrades, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or a related clinical field is required.
• At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or critical care environments.
• Experience in an ICU/CICU, emergency room, trauma, or other critical care setting involving communication with senior medical professionals and hemostasis monitoring.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites within the NYC/Metro area.
• Ability to support customers using TEG in VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care settings.

Nice to have

• Experience operating a TEG Analyzer, interpreting TEG results, and managing the related software.
• Master’s degree in arts, science, or business administration.
