IT Senior Business Analyst - JDE

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, United States; travel up to 20% required.

Pay range: $92,600.00–$154,400.00 per year.

What you will do

• Support ERP and application requirements for Procurement and Supply Chain business leaders, primarily using the JD Edwards platform.
• Document current- and future-state business processes, workflows, requirements, and relationships to software solutions.
• Create functional specifications, business requirements documents, project policies, procedures, and related solution documentation.
• Track requirements from business cases through implementation, assess requirement changes and impacts, and maintain requirements for reuse.
• Define and coordinate test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, test scripts, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide data models, data maps, DTILs, knowledge base articles, production support input, training-documentation review, and liaison support between the DT application team and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Four or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related area.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience and functional expertise supporting Procurement and Supply Chain systems in enterprise ERP environments, preferably JD Edwards and/or Infor LN.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as IIBA, DTIL, CBAP, or CCAB.
• Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.
• Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced customer service skills and experience working independently and taking initiative.
• Experience with web-based applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
