Electronic Assembler (Electronics)

hirify.global is hiring for an electronic assembly position supporting the production of electrical equipment.

What you will do

• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, process sheets, and basic circuit diagrams.
• Assemble electrical systems, components, units, and sub-assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Perform manual soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards.
• Connect units to test instruments and test functional performance.
• Inspect assemblies and finished products for completeness, correctness, and quality.
• Verify parts and paperwork, distribute materials, pack finished products, and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Less than one year of related experience and/or training is acceptable.
• Ability to use screwdrivers, electric drills, pliers, hand tools, and soldering machines.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, multitasking, organization, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands; close vision, depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment are required.
