What you will do

• Assemble and wire small components using microscopes and hand tools.
• Perform final finishing tasks including trimming, sanding, and buffing.
• Conduct electro-acoustic testing and visual quality inspections.
• Program and reprogram devices according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and data entry.
• Adhere to safety policies and production line productivity targets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work onsite in Shakopee, MN.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs independently.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
