Senior Loan Operations Administrator (Commercial Lending)

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of complex commercial loan originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions.
• Review credit approvals, determine documentation and due diligence requirements, and coordinate readiness with Relationship Management, Credit, and Portfolio teams.
• Lead loan closing activities with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, title companies, and escrow partners.
• Prepare and review loan documentation, validate collateral and entity structures, and resolve lien, collateral, and structural risks.
• Execute funding, including booking, disbursements, fee reconciliation, and transition of complete loan boarding packages to Loan Servicing.
• Monitor post-closing covenants and reporting requirements, resolve exceptions, mentor junior staff, and improve Loan Operations processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial loan closing experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of C&I lending, collateral structures, and loan documentation.
• Ability to manage complex transactions, multiple priorities, and a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with participations and specialty lending structures is preferred.
