Commercial Document Review Analyst (Commercial Lending)

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Review complex commercial loan documentation, collateral records, due diligence materials, and transaction packages.
• Monitor and resolve collateral, documentation, servicing, and quality control exceptions with attorneys, title companies, and internal partners.
• Validate collateral eligibility, legal documentation execution, and compliance with bank policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assess operational, compliance, and collateral-related risks and maintain accurate review, exception, and compliance records.
• Identify root causes and process gaps, recommend improvements, and support procedural, system, audit, and testing initiatives.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members on documentation, controls, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lending, loan operations, loan documentation, quality control, risk management, or a related area.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, collateral requirements, due diligence, and loan closing processes.
• Ability to analyze complex lending transactions and legal documentation, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with audits, quality assurance programs, or control environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
