ESL Program Manager

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Hybrid work with attendance at the central office or schools three days a week and regular travel between campuses and regional offices.

Compensation: USD 70,000–85,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Coach teachers, Assistant Principals of Student Services, and school leaders on content-based language instruction and strategies for emergent bilingual students.
• Plan and facilitate professional learning, practice clinics, teach-backs, and weekly professional learning communities.
• Lead data team meetings and analyze cohort, academic, language, and Summit K12 data trends.
• Develop and monitor strategic response plans supporting TELPAS growth, Domain III targets, and emergent bilingual achievement.
• Monitor implementation of English Language Proficiency Standards, linguistic accommodations, and state and federal multilingual education guidelines.
• Support Title III family engagement, bilingual and ESL certification, newcomer summer programming, and campus TELPAS testing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a relevant master’s degree in Multilingual Education is preferred.
• At least two years of experience as an assistant principal, school leader, or full-time or bilingual instructional coach at a secondary campus or district level is preferred.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with ESL Supplemental certification required.
• Proven results in driving emergent bilingual academic and linguistic growth.
• Strong knowledge of content-based language instruction, multilingual pedagogy, compliance policies, data analysis, leadership, and instructional coaching.
• Reliable transportation required for travel between campuses.
