District Partnership Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Remote for candidates living in Denver, Colorado; requires 40%–60% travel within Colorado.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 base annually, plus potential bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Support large and complex school districts as an IXL implementation expert.
• Partner with Colorado district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
• Travel throughout Colorado to deliver professional development, meet with education leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions and analyze data to guide decisions and next steps.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• K-12 educator experience, including 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
