Controls Project Manager (BMS/EPMS)

Location: Remote within the United States; Denver, Colorado listed as the job location. Domestic travel required up to 30%.

Compensation: $133,000–$154,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the BMS and EPMS subject matter expert within the Innovation and Engineering team.
• Support the design and execution of controls systems across data center and other complex facility projects.
• Review engineering design drawings, technical specifications, and mechanical and electrical equipment submittals.
• Coordinate controls requirements among preconstruction, design, construction, vendors, and controls contractors.
• Translate customer and owner requirements into executable project documentation.
• Support construction execution, commissioning activities, issue resolution, and project turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or a related field supporting complex facilities.
• Experience with BMS and/or EPMS systems and mechanical or electrical building controls.
• Experience working with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and customer requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction.
• Deep expertise in either mechanical or electrical controls.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
