Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: 3251 Northdale Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $78,000–$90,000 annually, plus incentives and a 5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Direct and supervise daily branch operations while meeting deposit, fee income, loan production, and member service goals.
• Lead, coach, train, schedule, and evaluate branch employees, including interviewing and hiring staff.
• Use relationship selling, cross-selling, and referrals to grow member relationships and achieve financial objectives.
• Resolve escalated member concerns and approve policy and procedure exceptions within assigned limits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, internal controls, security, audit readiness, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Provide notarial services and participate in community outreach to attract and retain members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of branch and financial services operations, credit union products, policies, and regulations.
• Mortgage Loan Originator registration or the ability to complete all NMLS and S.A.F.E. Act requirements, including background and credit checks and fingerprinting.
• Required notary license.
